We cannot answer legal questions by e-mail, prospective clients need to contact our offices and set an initial interview.

We believe there is significant value in this initial interview and very often the client gets what they need in just one interview; therefore, we do charge for this event. The fees are $400 for the first hour, and then at that same rate, we bill one 10th of an hour increments after that. Those fees are due at the time of the consultation. Later we will discuss appropriate retainers or other methods of payment, If you decide to retain our firm.
